Hi,

I want to start a LoRa project with a MCU that I already have (KL25Z). Is there any sample code or project available that I can follow?

I have several LoRa modules like SX1272, RFM95W (868MHz for Europe). But I can be adaptable about which radio I use but I definitely want to set it up by KL46 in kinetis or CodeWarrior.

Thanks,

Bee Zee

Hello Bee Zee,

We don't have example applications using a third party LoRa modules. However, you can start your project by using one of the SPI or UART demo applications included with the KL25Z SDK which can be downloaded from the MCUXpresso SDK Builder.

Additionally, I recommend you to take a look at the newer MCUXpresso IDE as it is replacing KDS.

Best regards,

Gerardo
