IAR i-jet debug TWR-K65F180 error

Hi all,

I am using TWR-K65F180 evolution board. I am facing some issues while trying to debug the code in IAR embedded workbench using IAR systems i-jet debugger. Whereas with CMSIS_DAP on-board debugger i am able to debug and load the code successfully.

My jumper settings are as below,

J32 - OFF,J20 - ON and J21 - OFF.

Connecting i-jet to J18 (JTAG) on K65 board.

IAR version 8.20 has been used for debugging.

Please help me to solve this issue.

Hi Apoorva,

You may need to change the firmware application of your TWR-K65F180M.

Please refer the answer in "JTAG in TWR-K65F180M not functional on rev A0".

Thanks for your reply.

I followed the procedure of upgrading J-link binary in OpenSDA boot mode.

Still facing the same issue.

Also not able to debug through CMSIS_DAP now ( Please note that i have kept jumper settings to default.

How to go back to CMSIS_DAP debug mode ?
