unable to install CMSIS packs from IAR

I am trying to follow along with this document

however, the options for installing CMSIS packs is not really available. I can chose from ARM and TI packs but there is no option to select my kinetis processor.

Is this the latest procedure? Most of my projects are still based on processor expert. I am trying to migrate to the latest development tools but I can't even figure out what those are. None of the tutorials seem up to date anymore and even one last than a month old still doesn't line up with what I am actually seeing.

Please direct download the NXP Kinetis DFP and BSP from MDK5 Software Packs.

Is this the latest procedure?
Yes. MCUXpresso Tutorial Videos can be found on NXP website. See also the community for MCUXpresso Software and Tools.
