SDRAM deep power down / burst terminate

Hi,

I have a Kinetis K26 attached to a low power SDRAM. I would like to put the SDRAM into deep power down mode. (see https://www.micron.com/~/media/documents/products/technical-note/dram/e0598e21.pdf).

I think this is the same as issuing a "Burst Terminate" command.

I have read the reference manual for the K26 but it is not obvious if this command is supported by the SDRAM controller inside the Kinetis.

Does anyone have a solution to this?
