K65 RUNHS mode memset performance is worst than RUN mode.

Hi,

I am doing some bench-marking on the K65 processor and have seen a strange problem. When the core is run in RUNHS mode (Core = 180MHz, SDRAM = 60MHz, Flash = 25.7MHz), I get ~34MBps performance for memset operation. However, with RUN mode (Core = 120MHz, SDRAM = 60MHz, Flash = 20MHz), I get ~52MBps performance for memset operation.

My code is running is from the Flash and I use external SDRAM for data. Can any body help me understand this strange behavior?
