KW41Z demo does not work

I am attempting to run the KW41Z RGB LED demo that comes loaded on the device out of the box. However, when I plug the KW41Z in via USB, the RGB LEDs only cycles for a second before going out and LED2 being illuminated instead. Any ideas as to what causes the demo to run briefly and then fail?

I am connecting the device to a laptop running Windows 10.

HI andrewforsman‌,

I am a little unclear. Have you just gotten your board and immediately plugged it to find this failure? Or did the board initially work, and then you programmed a project onto the board to find this failure? If the second one, can you be a little more specific as to which project you programmed onto the board? A screenshot from your host computer's file system would be helpful.
