KV31F ref manual error: bootloader signal names

Section 13.1: Kinetis Flashloader Chip-Specific Information

PTC10 and PTC11 are not available for I2C0.

PTD4 through PTD7 similarly not available for SPI0.

I imagine the port is correct and the signals are wrong.
