Hi everyone,
We are currently working with MK64FN1M0VLL12 MCU and we would like to write MAC address on Program Flash 0 IFR during production with a flash programmer such as Cyclone ACP. Is there any way to do it?

Hi Ma Hui,

Thanks a lot for your time. I've had a deep look at the suggested discussion in PEMicro official forum but I'm afraid the aim of the mentioned 'PA partition command' is to configure EEPROM and DFLASH sizes on those MCUs which support FlexNVM. This command is only available on those programming algorithms supporting Program flash, Data Flash and EEPROM (mainly K6xFXxxxxxx). This is not our case, since MK64FN1M0VLL12 does not support FlexNVM.

Although there is a particular command to write on EEPROM Data Set Size register on Data Flash 0 IFR (containing EEESPLIT and EEESIZE fields - DEPART and ERPART, respectively ), there seems to be no command to write on Program Flash 0 IFR registers. We are wondering if we can do this using a script somehow (or any other alternate way).

Hi everyone,

I've managed to successfully write on Program Once registers using SEGGER's JLIink by configuring an Initial Sequence. Further information can be found on this thread.

Nevertheless, I'm still wondering if it is possible to do it with PEMicro's Cyclone ACP.
