Hello steven qing,

1. KE02 and KE06 is nearly pin to pin compatible in the same package.

Take 64 LQFP package as an example, just pin 13 have difference, KE02 is vss, ke06 is PTI4.

So, when you design the hardware, you need to check the package, then compare KE06 with KE02.

64LQPF package, except pin13, other pin are the same in hardware.

2. module difference.

 CPU frequency: KE06 48Mhz, KE02, 40Mhz or 20Mhz.

flash size, KE06 can up to 128KB, KE02 can up to 64KB.

ram size: KE06 can up to 16KB, KE02 can up to 4KB.

EEPROM, KE06 don't have it, KE02 have 256Byte.

I2C, KE06 have two I2C, KE02 just one.

CAN:KE06 one module, KE02 none.

PWT:KE06 one mdoule, KE02 none.

Just these difference, so the software need to take care about it. Especially the core frequency, FLL factor, KE06 is 1280, ke02 is 1024.

Have a great day,
Kerry

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note: If this post answers your question, please click the Correct Answer button.

Dear Expert:

I use the KE06 to design a product, now,I plan to use the KE02 to replace KE06.

So I have questions below:
(1)hardware:except the hardware sources are different,is the same the other design? Is there any document about this?
(2)software:whese content will I need modify? Is there any document about this?

Thanks for your support.
