settings to use JTAG and PE micro multilink universal FX debugger for s32k144 eval board

I am using S32k144 Eval board and wants to debug through JTAG port (port J12 on board). For that I am using PE micro multilink universal FX debugger and s23 design studio, but not able to download .

Settings are given in below snaps.

When I click debug following message comes

Then When I Click yes following message comes and not completed the download,

So I want to make sure whether some settings are missing from our side or debugger is not able to unsecure microcontroller.

Please provide solution ASAP.

As you know the S32K is on preproduction stage, so the information is not available on public forums, please contact your sales representative. He will show you the way to get this information.
