Dear Sir,

I am using MK20Dx128VLF5 controller for my project. When i search for the software and hardware support for USB. I came across a page which shows FRDM-K20D50M is removed from active portfolio. My question is did MK20DX128VLF5 controller become obsolete?. what is the exact match of the controller which is in the market?Thanks & Regards,

Hi Kathirkamu annakamu,

MK20Dx128VLF5 is still active now, FRDM-K20D50M is no longer manufactured by NXP^®; limited stock may be available through NXP distribution partners.

But you still can choose TWR-K20D50M, this board is still available.

MK20Dx128VLF5 is not the hot promotion product, it's recommended replacement chip is MK22DX128VLF5.
