      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Pin Mux table, and Port Control register 'reset states', detail the exact conditions, but the general answer is 'yes', either high impedance input OR high-impedance analog-input (for pins so capable), during and after !RESET.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
