K61 part internal flash size

Hi,

I have a requirement to use the micro controller MK61FX512VMJ12.

I'm bit confused with its part break up and memory size.

As per the part break up it says it has a program flash size of 512KB.

Does it mean it has the Flex NVM and Flash memory as total size of 512KB or indivially there is 512KB of Flex NVM and 512KB of Flash memory ?

There is a mention of SRAM for this device. How do I find the size of this interanl SRAM for the given device.

Please help us at the earliest.

This device have:

In the Data sheet in the first page you will find the Memories and memory interfaces.

you can have some information there about the size of the memories and there are specific sections for each one.
