Question about FRDM-KL26Z installation

Hi, after installing the FRDM-KL26Z board successfully, I had to format my computer and I've tried to reinstall it again following all the steps but then the Out-of-box demo is not working anymore and also, after installing all the software, when I try running the Tera Term tutorial, nothing happens when the MS-DOS black window pops up. What can I do to get it working again? Is it any way to restore it?

From what your description, this issue is not related with the Fredom board, but the driver of your cumputer.
