Is this an MKL03Z8VFG4?

Hello,

Just recently I ordered some MKL03Z8VFG4s from a distributor. Having arrived, and unpacking, I realized that I had been sent some ATMEL-something chips and I returned them. Now the replacement chips have arrived. I assume that they are the right ones this time, but want to make sure.

I Guess I lost a little confidence in the distributor.

Packaging is QFN-16 and the chips are quite small, 3mmx3mm. It SEEMS like the marking/mask is "M3T4AABJ". But I am not 100% sure. The device datasheet has no information on chip markings/masks. Likewise the family datasheet and the latest ERRATA (1N86k).

I just want to verify, that I got the right chips.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Peter,

I have just look at my MKL03Z8VFG4 samples and can confirm that size 3mmx3mm and M3T4AABJ marking are correct.
