Hi kazuki,

If you want to program the MK64FN1M0VLL12, you can use the debugger, eg:JLINK, P&E multilink, ect.

And associate with the IDE to download the code to your chip.

If you are using the official board tower or freedom, this board have the onboard debugger, you can download the code to the chip directly.

If you use your own board, you can use the JLINK or Mulitlink to download the code.

About the question, write operation program. (LED Blinky, etc.), you can refer to our sample code in KSDK2.0-FRDM-K64.
