      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to use the internal Vref to perform a single ended battery measurement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On this proc selecting Valt for the ADC reference selects VrefOut.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No matter how VrefOut is configured the ADC always reads 0.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
