K66 with higher SRAM than 256KB

Is there a K66 part available with more than 256KB SRAM ? We are using MK66FN2M0VMD18 for our existing design. We need to have more memory for our new boards. It should be a dropin replacement for the current part.

Hi, Geo,

Pls go to the website and check the K66 resource. As you see the K66 series have at least 256K on-chip SRAM, at most 260KB SRAM. If you need more SRAM, I suggest you connect external SRAM on the FlexBUS.
