I have been using PIC microcontrollers for several years now and have a project that is currently using the PIC32. If someone has experience with both of these families, I have a few questions about migration:

- How difficult is the migration from the PIC32 to a processor like the K20 with no previous experience with ARM?

- Has your experience with the availalbe libraries and support for ARM-based processors been significantly better than with PICs?

- What are some of the difficulties / pitfalls that I might expect by migrating?

Thanks,

JD

Same here - PIC32 prototype on the go, but prices for production are questionable.

So, considering the same path as you and have a tower kit on its way to me as I write. First thing I do will be to replicate / port some projects acrosss, but obviously I haven't even received anything yet.

I'll let you know when I've had a play with the Kinetis tower kit
