MK64FX SRAM size

I want to make sure the SRAM size of the MK64FX512Vxx12 family.

According to 3.5.3.1 SRAM sizes on page 109 of reference manual of the MK64, the SRAM size of the MK64FX512Vxx12 is 192KB.

However, according to Kinetis K series selector guide, the SRAM size of the MK64FX512Vxx12 is 256KB.

Which information is correct?

Please reply as soon as possible.

Hi Isao Takashima

It's a documentation issue to have this inconsistency. K64FX512 has a SRAM memory size of 256 KB. 64 KB are the SRAM_L memory and 192 KB for the SRAM_U.

Were you able to access all 256KB of SRAM on K64FX512?
