Hi,

It seems there has problem to do like what you asked for. See detail below:

" I checked the IBIS files using HyperLynx and ibischk5 before releasing them. I just tried again and hyperlynx crashes every time I try to run a check on the file your using. The ibischk5 is passing though (warnings, but no errors). I see the model data for the DDR data and DQS lines in the file too. Seems like the latest version of HyperLynx might have an issue."

Thanks for the Feedback. In using HyperLynx 9.0 there doesn't seem to be issues with the IBIS model. However, I am more interested in the setup.

What value should be used with the K70 since it’s clock is only 150 MHz? This would imply a DDR rate of 300MHz. From the pull down menu since 300MHz is not a selection I assume that It is ok just to choose custom and put in 300Mhz

2. What are the values to use in the TM wizard? Is there an existing .v file?

Thanks,
Eric
