Im designing a board with the MK20DXxxxVLH7 mcu's (64 pin K20). The datasheet and reference guide list all the Flexbus pins as ALT5 on the pinout. BUT the reference guide and Datasheet have no mention of Flexbus. So my question is this:

Are the FlexBus pins documented on function ALT5 in both manuals incorrect and the part has no Flexbus?

OR

Are both manuals inadvertently omitting data on the Flexbus interface in the 64 pin K20?

Hi,

Yes, K20 64LQFP package products has Flexbus module. The datasheet or reference manual for this package had this feature missed, sorry. Customer should refer to other package K20 72MHz product(such as 100pins) documents for Flexbus related description. Sorry for the confusion this had caused.
