      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, the 3ns is really for signal TCLK as you emphsised. And as for the measurment point for the TCLK pins, please make reference the BSDL file of the K64.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
