I think we need to check it is a hardware issue or software issue first.

From your picture , I saw two results, one is correct , the other is wrong. what is the difference, they run in the same board?

There are two can modules in this chip, both of them can't work or only one?

If you only enable SIM , then check the register, what is the result.
