Please let us know how I can get source code for TCP/IP Stack for K60N512 without MQX or any RTOS.

And also let us know possibility to run webserver on this platform without RTOS?

The first release of the FNET (http://fnet.sourceforge.net) bare-metal TCP/IP stack for Kinetis should be ready in the middle of June.
