Hi Brent Greenwald

I checked the Pinout position and it matched, regardless, It is NOT recommendable to do this, there are some modules available in MK22FN1M0AVLH12 that there aren't in MK22FN512VLH12. You can check the following link that describe this differences: Kinetis K22_120 MHz devices

The official Board for MK22FN1M0AVLH12 is the TWR-K21F120MA. You could consider to use it.

Hope this helps

Best Regards

Jorge Alcala

If I replace the MK22FN512VLH12 on the Freedom Board (FRDM-K22F) with a MK22FN1M0AVLH12, from the same k22f family, would I be able to use all the features of the MK22FN1M0AVLH12? I'm talking about CAN, I2C, SPI, and so on.
