The Debug log files say's as below:

Tue May 24, 2016 09:27:57: Missing or malformed flash loader specification file: C:\Program Files\IAR Systems\Embedded Workbench 7.3\arm\config\flashloader\Freescale\FlashK60Xxxx.board

for the past few day's its working very fine,suddenly these type of error has started from yesterday after the system restart

I am already following that steps which you listed in PDF....
This program was running successfully,it collapsed after system restart
