Hi Sneha,

K70 is able to connect to GPRS modems which support PPP interface which is the case of SIM900. I don't see the LTE module supports PPP in any of the published specs. If you are sure that it does then you should have no issues.

In case it support PPP you can refer to the document below which shows how to create a PPP connection with an MCU using MQX and Windows. In your case in the other side of the MCU you will have LTE modem instead of Windows.

How to Create a PPP Connection with MQX4.2 and Win 7

Regards,

Carlos

Hi,

I have the K70 tower board and want to have 4g and GPS feature. As per the examples provided by Fresscale, K70 can be interfaced to SIM900 which is a GPRS modem. Is it possible to interface K70 to SIM7250E which is an LTE modem that supports 4G and GPS.

Thanks ,

Sneha
