If not, what is the maximum HSADC clock in this situation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And when CPU clock is 200MHZ and Fast peripheral clock is 100MHZ, what is the maximum HSADC clock in this situation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ari.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
