Hello Shai Tzr:

The TWR-KV46F150M is the perfect match for the TWR-SMPS-LVFB, but unfortunately you are correct that the internal RAM memory is not enough for image storing. The TWR-KV31F120M has a KV31F512VLL12 with 96 KB of SRAM, but it includes a FlexBus module which you can use to interface with an external memory.

If you simply require some PWM channels, ADCs and digital pins, then the other option would be to build your custom motor driver board and then you would have more Kinetis MCU options and MCU boards to select from.

Let us know more details about your application and maybe we can come up with some more ideas.

Best Regards!
Jorge Gonzalez

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note: If this post answers your question, please click the Correct Answer button. Thank you!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
