According to a colleague the red LED shining brightly (and not flickering) means the device is being held in a reset state.

I've built a program with the QSPI linker script and flashed it to the board following the standard procedure. However when I plug the USB cable into the openSDA port then a red LED (D2) instantly lights up. Pressing SW1 does not make it go away.

The program also does not run properly. I've noticed that with QSPI programs that work properly this LED does not light up.

What does this LED mean? Perhaps the program has been flashed incorrectly?

I've looked through the K80-sub family ref manual for some information about this LED but couldn't find anything.

Thanks.
