      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I request you to share the FIT data and Reliability test report for the following two components: P82B96TD and 74LVC1G06GW. If possible can you also provide any other documents associated with the FIT and reliability such as the total number of samples tested so far, test duration and test temperature details?
