Could be purchased at Avnet: NIC Components NTC-T106M16TRAF, 3216-18,A, 10 uF, 16 Vdc, 20 % - Avnet Express

2> CAP CER 0.33UF 25V 10% X7R 0603

Could not found the same part number, while from Avnet could found the same package and electrical feature, please check below capacitor list below:
