Kinetis Examples - broken Build - out of the Box USB Stack 3.2 and Codewarrior 10.2

Hello:

I just downloaded the USB Stack 3.2.0. I imported 2 projects into Codewarrior 10.2:

Kinetis_MK20DX128VLH5_cdc and
Kinetis_MK40N512VMD100_cdc

Both of these projects have compile errors:

"The File "USB_BSP.h" cannot be opened"
"Undefined indentifier 'MCG_S_OSCINIT0_MASK'

I read through the documentation and there was no inidication that I had to modify these examples to get them to work.

Has anyone else seen this?

I had the same problem compiling under Windows 7. I think it is a permission problem with copying the files over to the workspace. I pulled up XP mode and installed CW 10.2 and USB Stack 3.2 and tried importing a CDC project and compiled it just now. It looks like it works.
