Help! Warning "failed to initialize pemicro interface dll"

While using TWR board, I tryed to download code to target in IAR, It showed this message "failed to initialize pemicro interface dll". What's the problem? Anyone can help?

You are missing the driver for your run controller/emulator probe. If you are using a P&E Microsystems probe or a Freescale TAP (which amounts to the same thing), you can download the drivers at www.pemicro.com.

Hello, I'm having the same problem using TWR vf65gs10 board, trying to run an example for my board but cant' connect to target. I get the same message or the message :

Target is running. Stop target ? I reset the target put yes and the same message comes.

Anyone can help ?
