Trouble with K10 programming with JTAG

Hi everyone,

I have problems to establish communication between K10 and jtag probe. I use 2 differents probe : an Olimex ARM-USB-OCD-H and a Segger JLink. Both are used with OpenOCD on Linux and windows. And with both, I obtain that same error message :

Error: JTAG scan chain interrogation failed: all zeroes

Error: Check JTAG interface, timings, target power, etc.

Error: Trying to use configured scan chain anyway...

Error: k10.cpu: IR capture error; saw 0x00 not 0x01

Is someone have an idea to manage this issue ?

Hi,

Could you provide the K10 JTAG related circuit?

If yes, we could check the K10 JTAG related schematics.

Customer also could check TWR-K20D50M board schematics about JTAG related circuit design.

Hi,

Thank you for your answer. We found yesterday the problem : we forgot pull-up on NMI pin (PTA4, pin54 for K10FN1M0xxx12)...
