Ethernet controller & SD at about 30cm

hello

I'm doing a project where I use the ethernet and the SD with the K60.
I was wondering if you can place both the Ethernet controller that SD at about 30cm from the microcontroller via a flat cable.

There are no contraindications and has already been tested?

Could you help me to design an ethernet connect for K60?

I didn't find example how do I connect K60 to RJ45.

Could you send me a schematic for it? (bodoczs@t-online.hu)
