Kinetis KwikStik - first steps - how to?

Hello there,

I just get KwikStik kit from my friend, but I have no idea how to start. I never saw embedded programming, but I want to learn it and I just simply love how the KwikStik looks and I want to explore this litle cool thing

I already installed the IAR Embedded Workbench 3,7 with patch for KwikStik, but have no idea how to make some "Hello world" program and how to upload it into the kwikstik. I searched some step-by-step manual How to start develope software for kwikstik, but no success - can anyone help?

I got kwikstik 1-10-18_ver3

P.s. in my kwikstik is no factory installed demo software
