Use FRDM-K64F Internal Flash for Configuration Data Storage

I am using FRDM-k64F platform for an IOT application.

In my application, I need to write the configuration data in to the internal flash memory.

I request you to provide information's for the address region, I should use.

Hi Mickle,

Please review following training web site for Freedom FRDM-K64F development board.

It will help you to install KDS (IDE) and KSDK (peripheral drivers and stacks) software tools.

It will then help teach you how to use the tools.

Inside the KSDK_1.3 there is a good full featured flash demo:

C:\Freescale\KSDK_1.3.0\examples\frdmk64f\demo_apps\flash_demo\kds
