Error J-Link in Kwikstik

Hello.

I'm using the KwikStick Demo Board (Kinetis k40-Freescale) to evaluation of a project with the CodeWarrior.

I do the connection by J-Link.

The board was functioning normally, but suddenly appear an error and I can no longer connect to it.

The error that appears when I'll debug is the following:

“Launching Kwikstik_Demo_Kwikstikk40x256_Int_Flash_Debug_Segger J-Link” has encountered a problem.

Failed to resume target process., Reset has failed.

What may be happening with my board? Someone could help me?

Did you solve this problem? I have the same situation on my kwikstik after I was uploaded to flash program that used default processor expert configuration. I figured, probably this config by default lock device. That's strange because CW didn't displayed any warning or notice to prevent locking device. I've dried Jlink> unlock Kinetis but without success.

I can connect K40 via JLINK @ 4kHz or SWD @ 200kHz but I can't write/read/erase. Anyone have any idea to solve this problem?
