KL16 debugging problem

Hi all,

We are using KL16 QFN package IC in our board. We are not able to debug continuously. When we are unable to debug, The following error is shown up.

The status of reset pin is as follows:

1. When debugger is connected

2. When debugger is not connected

Please suggest a possible solution for the above problem

Before answer your questions, I'd like to confirm with you about whether the MCU could be downloaded before or not,

I was wondering if you can share the SCH of the debug interface and seek out the issue by yourself through the link as below.
