Problem with ADC on 64k version of KL14

I have a project using KDS that uses the 32k version of the KL14 to read 8 ADC lines. This works perfectly, no issues at all. I had to increase the flash on a different project, so I decided to move both of them to the 64k version. Using PE, I added the 64k processor and set it all up. The problem, is that when I program the 64k chip, the ADCs all return 0. If I go back to the 32k chip, everything reads correctly. I am completely baffled.

I even set up a completely new project using the KL14Z64VTF4, and just added the ADCs to the project, and they all read 0.

Anyone have any ideas? I can obviously go back to the 32k chip for this project, but this is driving me nuts.
