VREFL is same with VSSA.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to verify the TI REF3033 does not exceed the current or voltage tolerance specs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) For the KL15, what is the ADC VREF current min/max and voltage tolerance?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Are there any recommend external voltage references to use for the ADC?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
