KL15 ADC VREF Current

I want to verify the TI REF3033 does not exceed the current or voltage tolerance specs.

1) For the KL15, what is the ADC VREF current min/max and voltage tolerance?

2) Are there any recommend external voltage references to use for the ADC?

HI,

1> KL15 ADC VREFH voltage could up to 3.6V, same with VDDA voltage level. VREFL is same with VSSA. There is no ADC VREF pins current data.

2> In general, we recommend to use VREFH = VDDA, VREFL = VSSA.
