topic MCG in Kinetis Microcontrollers

i use the Chip MK10FX512VLQ 12,i do a generic bord with this chip,when i debug my code,it enter into while 1 due to MCG configuration:

0x11 - IREFST did not clear within allowed time, FLL reference did not switch over from internal to external clock,

what kind of problem can generate this errors?

at the first i used the oscillator 0 with 50MHz but now i use clock input with GBF so it's okey.
