    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;As far as I know they are not that different, only another Mask might be possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And for the different Masks Freescale provides different erratas.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
