      <title>trouble with flash longword programming on K60 (TWR-K60N512)...</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm trying to write to flash on the K60.&amp;nbsp; I'm using the Program Longword command.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All pretty straightforward (one would think).&amp;nbsp; My flash-write function is relocated to SRAM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My source/destination alignments are all good and I do wait for CCIF to set prior to completing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is that after the SRAM-relocated function returns, I then do a check to make sure that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what I wanted &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;to write was actually written.&amp;nbsp; This comparison fails; but then I can look at the data&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;and I see that it &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;is correct.&amp;nbsp; I've found that if I just disable my post-write verification, everything is fine;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;however, I'd rather not do that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Its as if the flash has not completed its internal state machine &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;(even though CCIF did go high).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there something more that has to be done after the Program Longword command but prior to reading&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;from the area written?&amp;nbsp; Something like a Read-Reset in normal NOR flash?&amp;nbsp; I didn't see anything in&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the RM that indicated this was necessary; but I admit I haven't scoured the RM either... :-(&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
