Hi,

Please refer attached SRAM memory test code for internal SRAM, which is also suitable with DDR2 memory test.

About K70 DDR2 memory controller setting, please download KINETIS_K70_DDR_INIT (Kinetis K70 DDR memory initialization tool) from below link:
