May be NFC_DATA0 - NFC_DATA7, because at TWR-K70F120M-SCH.pdf&amp;nbsp; 16-bit NAND Flash connected to NFC_DATA0-DATA15, not to FB_D0-D15.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards, Andrey.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
