Hello.
I am testing Secure JTAG using RT1170-EVB and referring to AN13250 and AN13133.
AN13250 document from the link below cannot be downloaded. Where can I download it??

According to the latest news I've gotten, all security related materials have been transferred to "secure files" under nxp account.

Please do a search on this page, if you can't find it, it should be because you don't have permissions. Please contact our team of online technical sales representatives who will tell you how to get permissions and documentation.
