topic Debugging IEE encrypted image for IMXRT1176 in i.MX RT Crossover MCUs

I run an image which is encrypted using IEE. The image is mapped by my bootloader into the FLEXSPI IEE region and executes successfully. I'm wondering if it is possible to debug the code? If so any help or hint on how to do it would be appreciated. I'm using a Segger J-Link debugger.

Hi @tksec,

If the Encrypted XIP fuse has been blown, I'm afraid it is not possible to debug the code.

As mentioned in the following community post.

Re: How to debug after ENCRYPT_XIP_EN is enabled - NXP Community

Best Regards,
